Eliza is a wealth of knowledge! The minute I met her – it felt like I was talking to a friend I have known for years. She is quite personable 🙂 I have been struggling with an abdomen separation and weakness in my pelvic floor for a year now after my first baby. I have seen other therapists but could not seem to find what works. I was even considering surgery to repair the abdomen area. After my first visit with Eliza, she helped me use my mind to muscle connections to isolate muscles (in the abdomen and pelvic region) I didn’t know were possible. She gave me so much reassurance that together we can heal my body – without surgery!!
